Day 1 : NJP/IXB To Kolakham [107 km - 3 hrs 30 min]

Meet & greet on arrival at NJP and drive to Kolakham, a small village nestled in Neora Valley Reserve Forest facing the Eastern Himalayan peak. Your Kolakham Package Tour starts in the lap of mother nature. The place located at an altitude of 6500ft is a paradise for nature lovers. Kolakham Nature Retreat, set amidst Oak, Rhododendron and Pine forests, and overlooking the snow-clad Himalayas, is an ideal getaway for those who wish to explore pristine mountain wilderness and wake up to the sweet melody of birds. Day 2 : Kolakham Full Day Sightseeing and Stay

After breakfast, start for Kolakham Sightseeing Tour. Visit :

Changi Falls - Changi, Changey, or Chaney falls just 3 km jeep drive, and 1.5 km walk down through nicely built staircases to take you to the most beautiful falls in the deep forest of Darjeeling Hills. It is the only falls in the deep forest that can be reached by tourists by jeep ride and a walk down to around 250 stairs. The dense forest of Neora Valley is full of rare tropical birds like Wagtail, Minivet, and others who’s chirping adds melody to your visit along with making it a memorable one.

Neora Valley Forest - A jungle safari by Jeep and trek inside the forest is a magnificent experience. This trip is a must to all nature lovers and bird watchers. This trip through the deep jungle is full of tropical forests, and most rare birds will make this trip a memorable one. More adventurous people can go for a Rachel Trek towards the Aritar. Overnight stay at Kolakham.

Day 3 : Kolakham to Charkhole stay [57 km - 2 Hrs - 30 min]

After breakfast, proceed for Charkhole Tour. On the way visit to Lava and Rishyap. Charkhole gives an excellent 360-degree view of Mt Kanchenjunga and other peaks from a tabletop mountain. It is a new hot spot nature resort in this region and around 32 km from Kolakham.

Lava - The location of Lava is in the Darjeeling district and 8km from Kolakham. Lava is a small sleepy village where clouds and mists form a blanket over a green valley. A visit to the Lava Monastery and Neora valley Interpretation center offers a quick look at the vastness of nature's prosperity. This place is a paradise for bird and butterfly watchers, as it is home to a variety of tropical birds and butterflies.

Rishyap - Rishyap / Rishop is considered one of the best tourist destinations in Darjeeling. Located at a distance of 9km from Lava, Rishyap offers a splendid 360-degree view of snowcapped Mt Kanchenjunga along with Mt Kabru, Mt Kharg, Mt Pandim, Mt Simvo, and Mt Rathung. How is the weather in Kolakham?
