Day 01 : Rangaroon Arrival

Our interest in Photography made 5 of us to book a Darjeeling and Rangaroon Tour with NatureWings from Mumbai. Rangaroon is a new destination and was suggested to us by Mr.Soumalya Ghosh, who aware us of the beauty of this place along with a customized itinerary. Our booking was for December 2019 during the hardcore winter, and after landing at the airport, the driver waited to receive us with a big smile. After reaching Rangaroon, we checked in at our homestay, which was good and had basic amenities to make our stay comfortable. Rangaroon is all about spending time with nature, and we loved every bit of our stay in that little village covered with a green tea garden along with snowy Mt.Kanchenjunga marking its presence. We spend 2 lazy nights at Rangaroon while snapping the beauty of this place and then moved on to Darjeeling town to get some city vibes amidst the colonial charm and our stay near the busy Mall. The sightseeing was worth the visit, and the Joy Ride was remarkable, while the fresh aromatic Darjeeling Tea was the winner. Our trip to Rangaroon and Darjeeling was astounding, and it was possible only for NatureWing's expert knowledge in this sector with a good selection of Hotels, Homestays, and Drivers.

My search for a visit to an off-beat destination took me to discover the newest addition to the Darjeeling tour is Rangaroon. With little knowledge, we contacted NatureWings to arrange a trip for us, and with great passion and immense knowledge, Mr.Sandip Raha assisted us. We made our flight arrangements from Gujarat to Bagdogra Airport, and upon arrival, our journey started from the noisy city to the calm sphere. When we reached Rangaroon, it was already dark, and the only sight we came across was the glorious Darjeeling town glittering like a firefly. The rooms were cozy, well maintained and the meals served to us was Veg. (As per our choice) prepared using the organic harvest from the backyard. We loved the scenery at Rangaroon, surrounded by green valleys and huge sloping Tea gardens with Kanchenjunga at its forefront. As our stay was for 3 nights so we covered the sightseeing point from Rangaroon before moving towards Gangtok for the last 2 nights. As requested, in Gangtok, we got rooms away from the noisy market with views of the gorgeous Mt.Kanchenjunga standing in front of us. We all had a great time thanks to the NatureWings Team for the effort, and lastly a pat on the back of Mr.Indrajeet, who ensured us a smooth trip with his regular checks.
